Mat is the President and founder of Delaware Valley Retirement. He is a graduate of Millersville University with a degree in Mathematics and an option in Actuarial Science and Statistics. He is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries, as well as the ASPPA Benefits Council of the Delaware Valley. Mat is a consultant specializing in plan design and implementation of qualified retirement plans.

Heather received her B.S. in Finance with a concentration in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University where she graduated summa cum laude . She has over 15 years of experience in the financial and retirement planning industries and has received the Qualified Plan Administrator and Qualified 401(k) Administrator designations from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries. Since joining the firm in June of 2006, she maintains responsibility for a full complement of diverse and complex retirement plans including large plan audits, new comparability plan designs, and 401(k) plans. Heather is currently pursuing her Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) designation with the IRS.

Barbara joined Delaware Valley Retirement, Inc. in May of 2007 and has over 17 years of experience in the retirement plan industry. She is responsible for the management and servicing of several types of defined contribution plans including 401(k), 403(b), Profit Sharing, Cross Tested, and Prevailing Wage Plans. Barbara has received the designation of Qualified 401(k) Administrator from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Arcadia University.

A graduate of Bloomsburg University, Amy received a B.S. in Mathematics with a concentration in Statistics. She joined Delaware Valley Retirement in February of 2009 with over 11 years experience in the retirement plan industry, including pension administration, plan document design, and plan conversions. Amy currently administers over 60 defined contribution plans, providing full administration and customer service to both plan sponsors and participants. Her responsibilities include data collection, census analysis, asset reconciliation, contribution calculations (including integrated and new comparability), annual nondiscrimination testing , and preparation of annual government forms.

Anne joined Delaware Valley Retirement, in December of 2007 with more than 19 years of experience in retirement plan administration and consulting. She is responsible for the management of a variety of defined contribution plans including safe harbor 401(k) and cross-tested plans. In addition, Anne is involved with client communication and resolution of plan sponsor issues.

Chris came to Delaware Valley Retirement in February of 2005. He specializes in the management of information technology. He is in charge of updating and maintaining all computer hardware, software, and security. Tom has been with Delaware Valley Retirement since February of 2005. With over 28 year of experience in the qualified pension plan field, Suzette joined Delaware Valley Retirement, Inc. in 2011. In addition to plan administration, Suzette is responsible for plan design and plan document drafting, peer work review, compliance support and special projects. Suzette is a Certified Benefits Specialist and is currently pursuing certifications as an Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent with the IRS and a Qualified Plan Administrator with the American Society of Pension Professional & Actuaries. Suzette is graduate of Widener University.

Stephanie joined Delaware Valley Retirement, Inc. in January of 2013 bringing with her over 16 years of experience in the retirement plan industry. Stephanie is extremely organized and detail oriented. She takes great pride in her role and always tries to maintain a positive attitude to whatever she does. She strives to make the paperwork and service issues as easy as possible for the clients and participants. Stephanie's responsibilities consists of tracking pending matters, client and participant communication, plan terminations, valuation review, and process distributions, just to name a few.

Denise joined Delaware Valley Retirement, Inc. in January 2013 and has over 25 years of experience in the retirement benefit plan industry. Denise has earned the Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) designation with the Internal Revenue Service, and the Qualified Plan Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designations from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA). She provides her clients with administration of their qualified plans, including census collection, eligibility determination, employer contribution calculations, non-discrimination testing, reconciliation of plan assets, government reporting and participant loans and withdrawals via e mail and direct communication with her clients.
