Keeping Your Plan Qualified

Though the tax advantages offered through the IRS and Department of Labor are available to virtually all retirement plans, not all plans can take advantage of them. To qualify, the plan must meet all requirements and honor all regulations.

  • Handle participant loan requests, as well as plan distributions and withdrawals
  • Perform all required annual nondiscrimination and other compliance tests
  • Manage all details in the event of an audit
  • Prepare and file IRS forms, including the Form 5500
