Our consulting services start with discovery: What are the goals of the plan, the company, its owners and management, its employees? Once we have the answers, we can design a plan that will meet these goals and operate efficiently.

And if you already have a plan in place, our discovery process will ensure it’s operating optimally. Through our process, we often find plan compliance defects that expose the plan sponsor to risk. If that’s the case, we’ll fix these too.
